Dear Diary,

It has been close to eight months before I sat down with a pen and share out my thoughts. It has been a rollercoaster ride from April, with ups and down which in my case I can say that it is normal in this world we live in. Diary I have been so stressed lately and been difficult to for me concentrate both in personal life and work. One of the saying that has been lingering in my head  lately is that of “Being a sister’s Keeper”?. We are quick to tell women and girls that lets be our sisters keeper but do we know what it means? How can you tell that a sister has got you back when she is telling you how you made her feel? how can you take that positively? How do you then help a drunk sister in the club without first judging…
